Family Day

Sundays are not as relaxing as they once were, but it is still my favorite day of the week.  We are all clean and dressed and together.  Sunday makes the rest of the week possible.  I can get a little down time, spend time withe kids, and be ready for the upcoming happenings.  Steve gets time to play with the kids without worrying about work or other chores around the house as well.  Last year for Father's Day, Steve got a basketball hoop.  Noah could hardly get it in at the lowest setting and it was tough for Ava too.  The hoop didn't get a ton of use that first summer.  However, this year I think it will get a lot of use.  I could not believe how much better both Ava and Noah were at shooting the ball.  Noah has taken a lot more interest in sports this year than last.  He still loves superheroes and weapons, but loves sports now too.  And Liam of course wanted to be part of the action.  The only thing he ever plays with is a ball.  HE will frequently walk over the basketball hoop and want someone to lift him up to shoot.  I love that Ava wants to play with her dad and brothers.  She is always up for anything and wants to be a part of the fun!
