Happy Birthday Ava May!
Happy Birthday to my cute, happy, fun, loving, caring, smart, beautiful, first-born 7 year old. She is the perfect first-born child. She helps so much around the house and with her younger brothers. She does all her schoolwork on her own. She excels in music so I don't have to help her much on it. She is naturally talented in music, much more so than I. We are contemplating just starting her in piano lessons. I think she will really enjoy playing songs. We did a big birthday for her 6th birthday so we decided the odd-numbered birthday years we would do more of a family party. The kids love waking up to a decorated house. We put balloons, streamers, and a few presents out. This year I wrote on the mirror in the bathroom. She loved that. Also instead of a sugar cereal we did funfetti pancakes. Noah asked for the same pancakes for his birthday too. I also had a few presents wrapped for her to open. She opened an outfit, some books, a movie, Mad Libs, and chapstick. After school, I had a few more presents for her to open. She changed into her new outfit and we left to pick up Libby. We headed to Jungle Jim's where the kids rode some rides, bounced, and played. Liam was a little hesitant on the rides. Noah always wants to do arcades. Ava really wanted enough time to go to dinner and Rita's. Ava wanted Cafe Rio because of the mints, but it was too far from Rita's so we went to Costa Vida. Suprisingly, Steve and I took 4 kids to dinner and did pretty good. All were happy, no major messes, and we all got to eat. Steve headed to Rita's with the kids while I ran a few errands. Overall, Ava had a great birthday and got to do everything she wanted. She is a special littler girl. She always tries to choose the right, do her best, and be kind. She has a strong sense of right and wrong. She is so helpful to Liam and Liam absolutely adores her.
