Kid's Exercise & 21 Day Fix

When the kids are bored, I try and find something constructive for them to do.  Recently, I have been having the kids practice gymnastics and do some exercising.  I have been doing the 21 day fix.  I have seen some results.  I do good with the exercising and wake up at 6 everyday to do it.  I need to do better at the eating.  I am doing another round of it and hoping to try and eat better and see even more results.  I love the gym, but it just doesn't quite work with this stage of life.  One day I'll go back, but right now I love this program and my schedule.  Occasionally, Noah wakes up early and does a few moves with me.
