Speech Festival

Every month Ava memorizes a poem.  The speech festival is a chance for the kids to introduce themselves and then perform their speech in front of the class.  The top 3 from each class get to perform in front of all of the kindergarten classes.  Ava practiced every day and added little actions to it.  She came home on Friday and told me that she was the top 3.  I didn't even know they were doing it that day.  She was so proud of herself.  She continued to practice the whole week and we went to the Speech Festival to watch Ava.  She was brave and did perfect.  She has learned so much at school and is going to be a great public speaker.
