Ava's birthday was quite the even this year. Last year we were in Disneyworld so we didn't have a party. The year before I was at a funeral so we did a low key birthday. So this year, she was ready for a big party and a lot of fun. I decorated the house with balloons, got her favorite cereal, Cinnamon Toast Crunch, and had some presents on the table. She had a friend over, Libby. Then we went to dinner with Dad at Zupas. She picked the place. We came home and sang Happy Birthday. She wanted a carmel apple, but they were sold out so we did carrot cake. She loved it. She opened her presents. She got a craft, new scooter, some clothes, hair chalk, fake nails, and a movie.
Saturday, March 28 we had her party at All American Gymnastics. She had 15 friends, plus Noah and her two cousins, Hudson and Holland. She is so lucky to have so many girls in the neighborhood. They played games, jumped in the foam pit, swung on the big rope, jumped on the trampoline, and so much more. They were exhausted afterwards. We decorated the party room, had cake, opened presents, and handed out party favors. It was a lot of work, but Ava was so happy and her friends loved it so it was all worth it! Now to start planning Noah's party.
