(Post by Marissa) I told Steve he needs to pick up his game in the blogging world, to which he replied, I have nothing to blog about. I replied with saying he should blog about how amazing I am, then he said that may be boring for people. After which he said he was going to blog about some supreme court something..see I can't even remember. Trust me though, readers you are probably lucky I convinced him not to! j/k Steve I love the Supreme Court..I think that is what you were going to blog about right? Anyways, the home prices in D.C. have
dropped. My apologies to anyone that lives there. However, this is great news for me because the cost of living can't be used against me when I argue to live there. I mean just look at this city. I love this city. Gorgeous temple, great scenery, exposure to plenty of culture, great schools, 3 hours from NJ fun, biking trails galore,
preppiness (i made this word up) abounds, excellent shopping, beaches
close by, and plenty of welcome visitors will surely come! Colette, we will not live or
actually work in D.C.; but a suburb! Don't worry! So home prices, keep dropping in D.C. and I"ll see you in a couple of years!

I would choose to live there as well. So many places to take kids too & free!
until the place is blown to smitherines by Mohammad and Ahkbar...
I was waiting for at least one Jensen to say that.....
Marissa! I just found your blog. I totally agree. It took me awhile to realize just how great D.C. is just because it was so familiar since I grew up there. It really is an excellent place to live for all the reasons you mentioned. I very possibly might end up back there.
...until you are mugged, if you haven't already been blown up that is....
I think it would be cool to live there too except I'm too much a of scaredy cat. I'd hate to live life feeling like I had a bullseye on the top of my head just waiting for the terrorists to nail me. Also, did you know that you actually have a better chance of being shot there than you do in Iraq? I was told that by a military person on flight I was on.
Love the other comments :) Sounds like a fun place to be. What does Steve think about moving there?
