(Post by Marissa) Julie hosted book club this month and chose Betty Crocker's Christmas cookbook. We each chose a recipe from the cook book and brought it to book club. We had a great time talking and eating. Then we proceeded to make these cute little penguins. They are made with 2 olives (one big, one small), cream cheese filing and a carrot. They are an adorable party food! Thanks again to Julie for coming up with the great idea to do a cookbook!
